How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app, go to Profile → Restore Purchases. Your CAPM Pass is tied to your Apple ID and restores for free on any device signed in with that ID.
Does my progress sync across devices?
Yes. Your progress is synced automatically so you can pick up where you left off on another device. No account is required.
How do I reset my progress?
Go to Profile → Reset Progress. This clears your lessons, streaks, and readiness so you can start the path fresh.
Is Ascent up to date with the current exam?
Yes. The content follows PMI's 2023 CAPM Examination Content Outline — Project Management Fundamentals, Predictive methodologies, Agile frameworks, and Business Analysis — weighted to match the exam.
How do I delete my data?
Email us at the address above and we'll delete the synced records associated with your device. Removing the app also deletes the locally stored copy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
